We use satellite imagery to analyze current biomass and soil carbon across a spatially heterogenous landscape and model future tree growth and carbon sequestration.
Our platform allows multiple options for species and silviculture selection. Plant, insect and wildlife biodiversity are simulated in the forest ecosystem to predict biodiversity net gains.
Our proprietary financial models generate pro-forma project financials and expected risk-adjusted returns.
The platform provides a granular breakdown of the expected headcount, operational and capital expenditures required to sustain the project over its 100-year life cycle.

Our platform returns a bespoke pre-feasibility analysis and Project Design Document (PDD) compliant with independent standards and certification schemes for the registration of a new project.
Once the project has been registered, we enlist contractors, coordinate the pre-sale agreement with offsetters, secure funding, and arrange the financial close.
We partner with local specialists and NGOs to manage the forest responsibly – verifying the provenance and source of seedlings, designing habitats that enhance biodiversity, conducting regular public consultations and engaging directly with communities to provide employment, fair returns and co-benefits to local stakeholders.

Enhancing the natural capital of a UK landscape

We analysed current land uses and the potential for a new forest ecosystem optimised for carbon sequestration, biodiversity net gains and ecosystem services. Our platform designed and modelled the project in compliance with site conditions and local standards, generating a detailed activity plan, revenue and cash flow projections to arrange project financing and register the project for carbon credits issuance.

Conversion of a degraded area into a tropical nature reserve

We analysed the area of interest using proprietary GIS, biometric and geological datasets. We used this analysis to design an afforestation project based on the local landscape, silviculture and ecology. We modelled the costs and prospective carbon drawdown potential of the project to generate a cash flow forecast based on carbon credits issuance, enabling our partners to rapidly assess the long term viability of the project.

Woodland restoration in the Carpathian Mountains

We systematically analysed unplanned felling in a large mountainous area using GIS mapping and remote sensing imagery. We evaluated the regeneration potential of the degraded areas and modelled the planting and activity costs based on local ecological and economic conditions. We used this analysis to rapidly assess the project's funding needs, long term viability, job creation opportunities and community co-benefits.
